Wellness became personal for me at a young age. I loved tagging along with my dad to the gym and listening to health podcasts with my mom. Those early moments sparked a genuine curiosity about movement, nutrition, and how to care for the body well. As I got older, I found myself overwhelmed by all the conflicting health advice out there. I tried diet after diet, not knowing what to believe or what would actually work long-term.

Losing my dad made everything more real. It reminded me how precious and fragile our health is—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Now, grounded in faith and guided by purpose, I’m committed to helping others cut through the noise and find sustainable, grace-filled health. With a B.A. in Exercise Science, a Leadership minor, and certifications in progress for health coaching, nutrition, and personal training, I’m here to walk with you through real, lasting change.
